Description

Sealed bids for labor and material to abate two (2) bldgs. with approximately 10,638 sq. ft.; demolish five (5) bldgs. with approximately 19,832 sq. ft.; and remove all debris. Work must comply with both state and federal agency requirements., Demolition will include foundations to a minimum of two (2) ft. below grade, removal of sidewalks, back filling to grade and sloping for positive drainage to existing drainage ditches. Removal of debris must be in compliance with TNRCC regulations. All construction areas are to be fenced. A mandatory prebid walk-thru will be held Sept. 25, 2000.
