Description

N68950-00-Q-3612, REPLACE FURNACES AND AC UNITS RESIDENTIAL QUARTERS, NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, CRANE, INDIANA. This solicitation will be issued as a performance contract, best value basis with technical and price proposals required. Technical proposals will be evaluated on the factors listed in the solicitation and will include past performance in similar work, performance narrative and project schedule. The work includes all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation and supervision to replace furnaces and air conditioning units at twenty-two (22) residential quarters located at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, Indiana complete and ready to use. This proposed contract listed here is an unrestricted procurement. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 17ll Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning and the Size Standard for Small Business is $11.5 Million. Cost Range is under $100,000. Approximate release date is September 14, 2000. Proposals will be due approximately September 25, 2000.
