Description: Submission is hereby amended to change the motor requirements. The new requirement is for: The motor; Vertical Spindle Motor 7 1/2 HP minimum from 7 HP minimum and to delete the requirement for the Horizontal spindle motor 7HP mimimum. All other items remain unchanged.
