Description

Furnish all plant, labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation and all operations necessary to remove and replace a Baltimore Air Coil Cascading Water Tower. The Cooling Tower must be compatible to Metasys HVAC System and the work includes the disconnection and reconnection of the wiring for the Metasys System. Funds are not currently are not currently available for this requirement. Offerors are advised that the cost of any response to, or other cost incurred as a result of this solicitation is at the offeror's own risk. Unless funds are made available for this requirement, no contract will be awarded. This is an unrestrictive procurement. This request is issued using commercial practices in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This procurement will be a firm-fixed price simplified acquisition procedure. A SITE VISIT is encouraged and will be held on 22 Sep 00 at 10:00AM at BLDG 1900 (CLINIC). All offers are due not later than 3:00 PM (local time) 25 Sep 00.
