Description

US Army Electronics-Communications Command proposes to issue 100% Small Business Set-Aside Competitive Best Value Solicitation for 100 each, Power Processor, NSN; 6130-01-449-1088. This Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)production contract providing for issue of orders for a period of 5 years. Minimum guarentee under this contract is 100 units. Award will be made to the best overall proposal that is determined to be the most beneficial to the Government. A performance-based specification will be utilized for this acquisition. A representative model of the PP-7815A shall be made available for review by prospective offerors at Tobyhanna Army Depot, PA. First Article Fabrication test plan and test report will be included in this solicitation. The performance requirements shall be in accordance with drawing no. SM-A-839088. All other associated drawings shall be provided for information and guidence only. Drawing packages on cd rom are available from contract specialist listed herein. Packaging shall be in accordance with ASTMD-3951-98. Delivery is probable to New Cumberland Army Depot, PA. Prospective offerors are advised that this solicitation shall be posted to the Army Single Face To Industry Interactive Business Opportunities page at http://abop.monmouth.army.mil on or about 6 October 2000.
