Description

The VA North Texas Health Care System, 4500 S. Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX 75216 has a requirement for 2 1/2" x 5" kimdura labels and ribbons (kit) to be used on Baxter equipment and Avery ALX 90 Printers, CCL-910 printers, and Sato bard code printer M-8450, 5" x 5" thermal transfer patient information sheet and ribbons (kit) to be used on Baxter equipment and TEC bar code printers, and 4" x 2" thermal transfer mailing labels and ribbons (kit) to be used on Baxter equipment and TEC bar code printers for the Consolidated Mail Outpatient Clinic, 2962 S. Longhorn Drive, Lancaster, TX 75134 for the period 11/1/00 through 10/31/01 with two options to renew for a period of one year each. Solicitation 549-2-01 will be issued in commercial item format in accordance with FAR Part 12 as an invitation for bid. Solicitation documents will be available in electronic and hard copy form.
