Description

The US Dept of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, is planning to negotiate a sole source contract with AGFA Corp for the purchase of one each, IMPAX RS3000-2P-2K, for Milwaukee WI VA Medical Center. This is considered to be a sole source because it is an upgrade to the existing AGFA Picture Archiving and Computer System (PACS) at VA Milwaukee. This is a very complex system and only AGFA, the system integrator, is able to upgrade this system and assume responsibility for its integrated functioning. Other sources that believe they can meet VA needs must furnish product information and references to this office by no later than 4:30 PM on Sept 22, 2000.
