Exception: The use of NORCAST-A-4000 per MIL-A-47317 adhesive is acceptable for this item. Quantity = 400 EA. First Article Requirement: Two (2) units to be delivered to DSCP through the Government QAR to the attention of DSCP-COCG (Haya/Bailey). Two (2) deliveries starting 60 days after date of award to New Cumberland, PA Depot. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Past Performance / Experience information may be required and evaluated. There is ZERO percent variation in quantity. This procurement is being issued as a Total Small Business Set Aside.
