Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written soliciation will not be issued. Draft contract number DAAH01-00-C-R234. This procurement is SOLE SOURCE TO WINDRIVER, 205 POWELL PLACE,BRENTWOOD,TN 37027 (615) 369-0750, Richard Ngo. Justification for other than full & open competition is FAR 6.302-1(b)(1), only one responsible source or limited number of responsible sources. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Service shall be provided from 1 October 2000 to 30 September 2001. Items: Basic package(Xmath, SystemBuild, AutoCode C, & Control Design) Supporting Modules: State Transition Diagram, Altia FacePlate, HyperBuild, Model Reduction, Interactive Control Design, Interactive System ID, Signal Analysis, Optimization, Robust Control. a complete copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commerical Item, shall be included with quote. The following FAR clauses shall apply to this acquisition:FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commerical; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commerical Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commerical Items.
