Description

THIS PROCUREMENT IS SOLE SOURCE TO UNIGRAPHICS SOLUTIONS, 13736 RIVERPORT DRIVE, MARYLAND HEIGHT, MO 63043, (314)344-5176 Jim Boyle. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This annoucement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not issued. Draft Contract number of DAAH01-00-C-R235. Items: iMAN STEP Translator, UG CAST On-line Library, UG/Designer Bundle, Free-Form Modeling, Assembly Modeling, Advanced Assemblies, UG/Open Toolkit Package Execute. This software will be used to support Comanche store seperation modeling and simulation program that are currently being developed using UG solution software. Service shall be provided from 1 October 2000 to 30 September 2001. Justification for other than full & open competition is FAR 6.302-1(b)(1), only one responsible source or limited number of responsible sources. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. A complete copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commerical Items, shall be inclued in this quote. The following FAR clauses shall apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commerical; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commerical Item; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commerical Items.
