Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) hereby gives notice of its intent to issue a sole source purchase under simplified acquisition procedures to Microsoft Corporation for Premier Support Account #64494 providing technical support services, assisting planning, implementation, migation, software upgrades, toll free hot-line, 24 hours 7 days a week for the period of November 28, 2000 through November 27, 2001. No solicitation document exists. Prospective contractors should submit cost and technical data to be evaluated. Interested firms must indicate their ability to satisfy the requirement within 15 days of this notice. Interested firms will be considered only if they respond with clear and convincing documentation that they are capable of meeting or exceeding the requirement stated herein at a cost sufficiently more advantageous than the contractor named.
