"Notice of Intent that the Department of Commerce intends to renew full service maintenance agreement for the folloing equipment for 24 hours/7 days of week with NCR Government Systems Corporation of 2 Choke Cherry Road, Rockville, Maryland 20850. The period of performance is for 12 months from the date of award: SOFTWARE: Model D700-0465-K000 COS2/56 R5, Model D700-0465-K000 CLSS1 R$ (OS.MVS), Model D700-136-K000 DLC6 R3E, Model D700-0802-K000 NSS2 R1 (MVS), Model D700-0112-K000 EP4 R53, Model D700-0438-K000 EGEN (OS/MVS), Model D700-0561-K000 ACF/NCP V5.2, Model D700-0287-K000 CB1 R2E, and Model D700-0317-K000 NT03 R1E. HARDWARE: COMTEN-20708-9999-9999, 5655-B Configuration -- ID 270256B1T0, CPU-MED High Perf 16 Meg -- 27021124B5F0, Power Sequencer -- 27008016A1F0, Rack Mount 16 Line CB -- 27002062A1T0, RS-232 I/P Dual CP 4 Line -- 27002441B1F1 (Quantity of 15), V.35 I/F Line -- 27002446AF1 (Quantity of 3), IBM CIA Peripheral Cabinet -- 27043062A3F1 (Quantity of 3), and Printer Parallel USP -- 27024041A1T0, Console USP -- 27024044A1T0, Billable maintenance for tiem and material of NCR/AT&T ADP equipment owned by the government 9NTE 10000 OPPM. All responsible sources may respond to the announcement and submit information identifying their capaibility to supply services meeting specified requirements. This information will be considered only if clear and convincing documentation, including technical and pricing information is furnished within 15 calendar days of this synopsis that the interested sources can meet the requirements of the Government and that it is advantageous to the Government to consider other sources. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice, but will be used to determine if a comparable source more advantageous to the government is available. If no affirmative written responses are received, a contract will be placed with NCR.
