Description

Maintenance of Sterilizers at VA Medical Centers in Hines IL, Chicago IL both the Lakeside and West Side Divisions, Madison WI and the VA Clinic in Appleton WI, for the period 10/1/00- 9/30/01, plus two, one-year options to renew. Contractor must furnish both parts and labor and be able to arrive on-site at VA within 2 4 hours during normal business hours to do emergency repairs. Equipment includes both AMSCO/Steris and Getinge-Castle. Up to 8 separate contracts may be awarded. Request for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer and accompanied by a check for $10.00 made out to the US Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted.
