Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, N00259-00-T-0117 is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). An Award will be made based on price , technical ability , and past performance. For past performance evaluation, provide at least 3 references of sources who have obtained the specified equipment and services . The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-19. THIS IS AN ON SITE SERVICE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT ON THE LISTED GOVERNMENT OWNED EQUIPMENT INCLUDING ALL PARTS, LABOR, TRANSPORTATION AND UNLIMITED CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE CALLS FOR THE PERIOD 01 OCT 00 THRU 30 SEP 01. INVOICING QUARTERLY IN ARREARS . LOCATION: NMCSD,RADIOLOGY DEPARTMENT ITEM NAME: MULTIDIAGNOSTIC 4 W/DSI ANGIOGRAPHY SYSTEM. MODEL # MULTI DIAGN 4, SERIAL # 461575-1297.
