Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Heartland Network 15 Contracting Office, 4101 S. 4th Street Trafficway, Leavenworth, KS 66048, has a requirement for a LOCUM TENENS UROLOGY PHYSICIAN for the VA Medical Center, Marion, IL 62959, The SIC Code is 8011, the size standard is $5.0 Million. The procurement is unrestricted. All responsive and responsible offers will be considered. Award is anticipated as a Firm Fixed Price Contract that is the best value to the Government. The contract will be for a period of six months with an option for 4 Three Month options, with an immediate start date upon completion of credentialing process/award of contract. Physician shall have 1. An unrestricted license in a US State, Territory or US Commonwealth. 2. Speak English proficiently, 3. Be a US Citizen, 4. Be Board Certified/Board eligible. Duties are to be performed in accordance with the contract statement of work.
