CORRECTION -- The notice of intent to sole source posted on September 15, 2000 as Submission No. 497270 is hereby changed to allow potential vendors an opportunity to respond with capabilities necessary to meet the stated requirements (compatible upgrades) through September 21, 2000. The government still intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Scientific Instrument Services, Inc., Ringoes, NJ. All else remains unchanged.
