Description

NOTICE OF INTENT. The Defense Information Contracting Organization (DITCO), Scott AFB, Illinois intends to issue a sole source award to Mitel Telecommunications Systems, Atlanta, GA for a one year maintenance contract on the Mitel SX-2000 Telephone Switch located at Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, Florida. The Government intends to acquire a commercial service using FAR Part 12. The Statutory authority is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See Numbered Note 22.
