Special Notice 00-30: Fifteen days after the publication of this Notice, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) intends to issue a purchase order to TTI Technologies LLC of Santa Monica, CA, for the purpose of acquiring an organizational membership, consist with 5 U.S.C. Para 5946, in the Vanguard technical consortium. This purchase order is expected to be less than $50 thousand; the period of performance is twelve months. This Notice is not a request for proposals; no statement of work is available. See Note No. 22. The technical point-of-contact for DARPA is Thomas P. Armour at tarmour@darpa.mil.
