Description

The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) for the District of Columbia intends to issue a solicitation under full and open competition procedures, for Janitorial services for three buildings located within the District of Columbia. The current cumulative square feet of office space requiring these services is approximately 38,000 square feet, but could be expanded to include two or more buildings in the future. The agency is seeking qualified contractors that have experience in handling the janitorial requirements of multiple buildings at the same time during regular business hours. All Contractor personnel utilized under this agreement shall submit to a Government conducted background investigation prior to performing work. There will be a mandatory walk-through of the facilities, with information to be included within the solicitation. Any contract will be awarded under best value procedures, with evaluation factors including: successful experience working within Government buildings, ability to obtain clearances for personnel, and past performance. Award will only be made to one company or institution under this solicitation.
