Construction and lease of a new postal facility at Geneva, FL 32732-9998 (Seminole County). Minimum site size required is 66,000 SF (1.5 acres) with approximate dimensions of 330' X 200'. the net interior of the building will contain 5,003 SF. 20 year lease term with two -- 5 year renewal options. Preferred area is: N -- 1 mile north of SR46 & CR426 Intersection, S -- 1 mile south of SR46 & CR426 Intersection, E -- 1 mile east of SR46 & CR426 Intersection, and W -- 1 mile west of SR46 & CR426 Intersection.
