This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). These announcements constitute the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: F29651-00-R-0009. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1799. The small business size standard if $17,000,000. CLIN 0001 -- 1 Each, Playground Equipment, Custom Toddler Town; Manufacturer: Landscape Structures; Part Number: 100119A; Including -- geometric panel, two (2) bubble panels, EL slide, block panel, tunnel assembly, puppet panel, two (2) driver panels, and mirror panel. CLIN 0002 -- 1 Each, Playground Equipment, Crawl Tunnels; Manufacturer: Landscape Structures; Part Number: 100005; Including -- two (2) 90 degree curved tunnels and one (1) straight tunnel. CLIN 0003 -- 1 Each, Playground Equipment, Clear Paint Panels and Tuff Timbers; Manufacturer: Landscape Structures; Part Number: 112621A; Size: 10" x 2'10". CLIN 0004 -- 1 Each, Playground Equipment, Learning Wall, Sand and Water Panel and Zoo Panels; Manufacturer: Landscape Structures; Part Number: 100120A; Including -- house panel, gear panel, bead and block panel, hole panel, store panel, table panel, mirror panel and zoo panels. CLIN 0006 -- 1 Each, Installation above equipment. CLIN 0007 -- 1 Each, Installation of concrete pad for complete area poured in place surfacing. CLIN 0008 -- 1 Each, Removal and Replacement of existing sand from complete area. Completion date is not later than 15 Dec 00 to Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. FOB and Acceptance is at destination. The attached clauses apply to this solicitation. Offerors should include a complete copy of FAR 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications) with their quote. The Offerors must be CCR (Central Contractor Registration).
