Description

Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to do a Headquarters Expansion. Construction will include, but not necessarily be limited to, selective demolition, site preparation, excavation, backfill, concrete foundations and footings, wood framing, drywall, wood siding, sheet metal roofing and insulation, interior finishings, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and all associated work necessary to provide a complete and operable facility. Request for Quotes will be issued on or about September 29, 2000. Estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000. There is no charge for the documents. Interested firms should submit a request by September 29, 2000. Telephone requests will not be honored. Please reference the quotation number, company name, mailing address, telephone number, and fax number on the request. This acquisition will be open to large and small businesses and award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for this action is 1542 with a small business size standard of a maximum of $27.5 million in average annual receipts of the concern over the last 3 completed fiscal years.
