Description

Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to construct and install 14 new wood storm windows and one new wood window. Repair, strip and repaint existing windows, casings, and storm windows throughout. Caulk, seal and replace glazing and missing hardware as needed. Construct two sets of double wood doors to match originals, replacing the two sets of double aluminum doors. Construct a mini roof over the south door, to match the original. Construct new wood door and wood screen door to match the originals, replacing the wood door and aluminum screen door. Replace the ramp at the south door to exceed new door width. Request for Quotes will be issued on or about September 29, 2000. Estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000. There is no charge for the documents. Interested firms should submit a request by September 29, 2000. Telephone requests will not be honored. This acquisition will be open to large and small businesses and award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
