Description

Partitioning and Miscellaneous repairs within certain counties of the Raleigh, North Carolina area. Anticipated RFP date 9/31/00. Award of an indefinite delivery contract will result from this solicitation. Minimum/Maximum contract values: $25,000/$300,000. The contract terms will be twelve months with two (1) year options. The Government has the right to order an additional 50% above the maximum for the base year and each option period. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation includes information regarding the current contract, e.g. prior year's procurement. Release of information regarding the solicitation does not require a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
