(10112) P/N 11H4FAA0A0GH96 and Island Components Group (40968) P/N IHBG-001 and Associated Aircraft MFG (56540) P/N 58203-2 and ARC Systems (67245) P/N 58203-2. Est. qty. base year: 308 ea., various quantities delivered to various locations. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) and will contain an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the description of the government. The total contract period shall not exceed five years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Approved sources are: Axsys Tech. (10112) and Island Components Group (40968) and Associated Aircraft Mfg (56540) and ARC Systems (67245). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This notice serves as a pre-solicitation notice of the intent to solicit the NSN for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base year and four option years. The issue date will be 13 Oct 00 and the closing date will be 13 Nov 00. The estimated dollar amount of the solicitation is greater than $100,000.00 and the solicitation is a written solicitation. Copies of this solicitation are available at the office address above or by faxing (614) 692-2262 and will not be available until 15 days after published in the CBD.
