Description

USCG Integrated Support Command Boston skkes to purchase a commercial plate bending rolls machine, Double Pinch type. Rated capacity -- carbon steels through Grade ASTM A-36 -6' x 3/16", capacity in steels when rolling to diameters over 60" -- 6' x 1/4". Features: full hydraulic drive, three roll drive, double prebending, hydraulically operated drop end, automatic balancing of top roll, all rolls mounted in SKF shperical roller bearings, SKF ball or roller bearings in other journals. Specifications: all steel frame, all three rolls driven, diameter of all rolls -- 5.90", rolling speeds variable (0-20 per min), adjusting speed of lower rolls variable(0-40" per miniute), rated capacity plate thickness to be able to be bent to 24" to 30" radius, full hydraulic drive with controls, emergency stop button, safety cable at front and rear of machine.
