Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Dining Hall Equipment, issued by the 55th Contracting Office, Offutt AFB, Nebraska. This document was prepared in accordance with the format found in the Federal Acquisition Regulations Document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This electronic announcement is the only solicitation being issued. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number(s) F25600-00-T-0261 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-13. Subject to the availability of funds the government intends to issue a purchase order for the following Items (1) 1 each, Steel Pizza Oven with extended conveyer, Lincoln/Impinger Model #1301 or equivalent, (2) 1 each, Steel and Glass three pizza display case/warmer with one pizza oven combination, (3) 2 each, 780 lb. Water Cooled Ice Machine, Hoshizaki Model #KM-900MWF or equivalent, (4) 2 each, 550 lb. Ice Bin, Hoshizaki Model #B700PD or equivalent, (5) 1 each, Electric Steemer with 3 compartments, Cleveland Model #PEM-36-3 or equivalent, (6) 1 each, Double Deck Convection Oven, Volcan Model #VC44ED or equivalent, (7) 1 each, Two Section Refrigerator AL/SS with Comp, McCall Model #4-4045 or equivalent. All Items to be supplied should be included in the quotation because NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. All quotes should be received by 25 September 2000/8am,CST and, if possible, sent back electronically via e-mail, if possible. The following clauses and provisions will apply to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors. Offerors shall include a complete copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with the offer.
