Description

This purpose of this solicitation is to provide chemical toilets and service to Eielson AFB. 19 year round toilets are needed as well as approximately 11 partial year toilets. This contract will be paid for using the government IMPAC Visa card. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is set-aside and reserved exclusively for small business concern If no acceptable offers are receive from responsible small business concerns, the set-aside shall be withdrawn and the requirement, if still valid, ONLY THEN, shall it be resolicited on an unrestricted basis.
