Note 26 applies. This solicitation is anticipated to be a long term indefinite quantity contract for a period of one year with two option years on various Microcircuit, Digital, and Microcircuit, Linear, items. Some of the items, as listed in the solicitation with approved sources, are Qualified Products Listing (QPL) items and no alternate items are acceptable for these QPL items. Any non-QPL items for which alternate offers are submitted must have technical data with the offer to be considered for award. All-or-none pricing is required at quantity breaks of 25 -- 149, 150 -- 249 and 250 -- 500. Offerors must quote pricing for each increment cited on each item. Failure to quote on each of these increments on each item may result in rejection of the offer. The annual requirement and average quantity per order are estimated as indicated in the solicitation. Destinations will be for DLA stock or direct ship as required by the delivery orders following the basic contract. FOB, inspection and acceptance will be at destination. This is an unrestricted procurement. On those QPL items, specifications, plans or drawings are available in accordance with clause I84 of the solicitation, and all offered items must be qualified thru the QPL procedures. Traceability to the actual manufacturer is required. Complete bid sets are not available for the non-QPL items listed in this solicitation.
