- PRON: AX050941AX, Noun: Stator, Generator, NSN: 6115-01-250-6351, P/N: 1591370-1, Quantity: Minimum 7 each, Maximum 27 each. Applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. FOB Origin to New Cumberland, PA. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. Approved source is Allied Signal Inc., Tucson, AZ The time required for approval of a new supplier is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
