Description

Madigan Army Medical Center intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with Steris Corporation, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The contract will be firm-fixed price for a 24X36X48 remanufactured Sterilizer #RE432050015000000 with Seismic Tie-Down Kit #ET0000000000001000 and installation. This is to include deinstallation and trade-in of the existing Renaissance Sterilizer. Anticipated date of award will be 26 September 2000. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. See Note 22.
