Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, N00259-00-T-0126 is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). Award will be based on price, technical capability and availability. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions ans clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-19. Clin 0001 Transducer, Neonatal/Pediatric CAT# 8V5-14mm, provides vector array imaging format 2-D and M-mode 8.5, 7.5, 6.5 and 5.5 MHz CDV and CDE capability 7.6 and 5.0 MHz Supports Imaging PW at 5.0 MHz. Unit of Issue: EA, Quantity: 01, Clin 0002 Transducer, Small parts, Breast and Musculoskeletal CAT: 15L8w-53mm, supports expanded multiple frequency imaging at 13.0, 11.5, 10.0 and 8.0 MHz, 2D and M-mode. Supports expanded multiple frequency imaging at 14.0, 12.0, 10.0, 8.5 and 7.0 MHz (CDV and CDE capability) Supports imaging PW at 7.0 MHz.
