Description

The Naval Hospital, Oak Harbor, Wa requires a FULL SERVICE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT TO INCLUDE: Picker Vector 100 R & F Room System (including Digital and Imaging Systme)site #3546, Picker Vector 100 R & F and Tomogram System (including Digital and Imaging System)site #25706, Two (2) AMX4 Portable Unit Vistar Work Stations, 3m Dry View 8700 Laser Imager, and 3M Dry View 8800 Multi Input Imager. Maintenance to be 24 hours, 7 days a week and will include all Parts (excluding x-ray tubes, image amplifiers and camera tubes), Labor and Travel. Response time to be within (4) hours after call is placed and repairs to be completed within 24 hours. Contract to begin 01 Oct 2000 thru 30 Sept 2001.
