Description

This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Request for Quotations (RFQs) is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F38610-00-T-0045 is an RFQ. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19 This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 3861. The small business size standard is 500 employees. RFQs should be quoted in accordance with the following CLIN 0001 Quantity 2 each, Camcorder , two thirds inch CCD, Panasonic, DVCPRO50, Model AJD910WA (Brand Name Only), CLIN 0002, Quantity 2 each, Viewfinder, High Grade, Panasonic, Model AJVF15 (Brand Name Only), CLIN 0003 , Quantity 2 each, Plate, Tripod, Panasonic, Model SHANTM700 (Brand Name Only) , CLIN 0004 , Quantity 3 each, Holder, Microphone (Model AJMH700) for Camcorder Model AJD910WA(Brand name Only). Warranty: Provide with quote Standard Commercial Warranty Information. Delivery should be FOB destination with shipment destined to, Charleston Air Force Base, SC, 29404. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items is applicable to this solicitation. Offerors shall include with their offers a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. FAR clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items is applicable to this solicitation. .
