Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with addtional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitaiion will not be issued. Solicitation 51-SO-BC-0-00063 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC97-19. The requirement is as follows: CLIN0001. Kiosk -- Winstanley Associates,LLC, Model 1100 With External Keyboard Shelf or equal. Includes speakers, surge suppression, power cord, cabling, integration, testing, and packaging. (See Winstanley Ass. website http://www.kbw.net/m1100.html for spec's.) Quantity 38 each. CLIN0002. 17"CRT Kiosk Rackmount Monitor with no touch screen, includes driver software and cabling(compatable with CLIN0001). Quantity 38 each. CLIN0003 CPU Mid Tower Pentium III 600 MHz, 128 MB of PC100 memory, Fujitsu 10.2 GB Ultra D.M.A. Hard Drive, Mitsumi 52x CD-ROM Drive, Sony 1.44 High Density Floppy Drive, Intel 810E Video 4MB VRAM on Board, Sound Blaster Ensoniq 32 Bit Sound Card, 2 Serial, 2USB, and 1 Parallel Port, D Link 10/100 TX Network Interface Card. Quantity 38 each. (compatible with CLIN0001 and CLIN0002)CLIN0004 Standard Keyboard with Trackball Quantity 38 (compatible with CLIN0001, CLIN0002 & CLIN0003.) Include a 5 year parts and labor onsite warranty on all items. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Bureau Of The Census, 1201 East 10th Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47132, Attn: Receiving Section Building 60F. Acceptance at same location.
