Description

TITLE: Support for Embedded National Tactical Receivers (ENTRs) SOL N66001-00-R-5093 DUE 112100 POC Ulysses Miller, Jr., Code D211, Contract Specialist, 619-553-4485 George Petersen, Contracting Officer, 619-553-4513 SPAWAR Systems Center-San Diego intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, L-3 Communications Conic Division, under the authority of FAR 6.302 for technical/engineering support/and fabrication of Embedded National Tactical Receivers (ENTR) modifications required by Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWARSYSCEN-SD). SPAWARSYSCEN-SD is responsible for providing design and development of interface modifications to the ENTR units to meet specific program/form factor requirements. The prospective contractor will assist SPAWARSYSCEN-SD with the design of interface modifications, expansion of ENTR functional capabilities, and building of test/integration of design units based on its unique capabilities and the fact that the company is the sole developer of the ENTR. The period of performance is for 1 year with two one-year options.
