- The 10 Air Base Wing Contracting flight is requesting quotations for the following commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Solicitation number F05611-01-Q-6089. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This proposed solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification number is 8748 and the Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Vendor must be actively registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The proposed contract action listed here was previously awarded to EGR Associates, 15885 Kingswood Drive, Colorado Springs CO and is a continuation of an on-going research effort to determine the effectiveness of electrical engineering education initiatives. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order for this requirement. Description: Electrical Engineering Educational Program Consultant for the Department of Electrical Engineering at the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. CLIN 0001: Senior Executive Technical and Educational Analyst (SETEA), to evaluate Department of Electrical Engineering programs in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. All offerors wishing to provide a price quote are requested to use the attached electronic quotation worksheet. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers in descending order of importance: 1) Technical capability/Past Performance. Offerors will submit a resume with their price quote that addresses all minimum requirements listed in the Statement of Work, Section V. Contractor must be available for performance at the Air Force Academy from 01 Oct 00- 31 May 01. All costs relating to relocation will be the responsibility of the contractor. 2) Price. Offers are to be received at the Operational Contracting Office, 8110 Industrial Drive, Suite 200, USAF Academy CO 80840 no later than 26 Sep 2000 3:00PM MST.
