11TH Contracting Squadron/LGCN, Bolling AFB DC, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis purchase request number F4022001930100 with Timeplex Federal Systems Inc., 12150 Monument Drive, Suite 700, Fairfax, VA 22033, for upgrades to existing equipment and software under manufacturers warranty. The software is unique and proprietary. CLIN 1: NCL+, qty 6 each. CLIN 2: NCL+ install, qty 6 each. CLIN 3: NCL to NCL + upgrade, qty 2 each. CLIN 4: NCL to NCL + upgrade install, qty 2 each. CLIN 5: ILC.2, qty 12 each. CLIN 6: ILC.2 install, qty 12 each. CLIN 7: DRC2, qty 2 each. CLIN 8: DRC2 install, qty 2 each. CLIN 9: DRE2, qty 2 each. CLIN 10: DRE2 install, qty 2 each.
