Description

This procurement is for the maintenance and support of the APCOTS software deployed on hardware platforms throughout the Defense Medical theater of operation. This service is required for support of mission critical databases at the Clinical Information Technology Program Office (CITPO, as required by SPAWARSYSCEN, Charleston. This procurement will provide upgraded and updated software, maintenance and support through responses to trouble calls from various sites world wide. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price type contract for one base year and one option year. This will be a sole source procurement to Dynamic Healthcare Technologies, Inc., Lake Mary, FL. Dynamic Healthcare Technologies, Inc. is the developer of the existing software and owns all proprietary data rights. Dynamic Healthcare Technologies is the only known source, for these services, that can meet the mission requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
