Description

This notice is to modify CBD Submission NO. 464681 dated June 14, 2000. The U.S. Army Material Command Acquisition Center has a requirement to acquire Repair/Return/Replenishment services for the Government of Egypt's Buffalo Aircraft. This procurement is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS). A draft solicitation will be issued for review. Questions/comments/suggestions are being sought from industry. A cost plus fixed fee type contract is anticipated. The period of performance is five years from date of contract award. A draft solicitation will be posted to the following website on or about 24 September 2000: http://abop.monmouth.army.mil. The estimated closing date for all questions/comments/suggestions is 16 October 2000. Questions/comments/suggestions may be submitted prior to the closing date. The draft solicitation may be viewed by clicking on "Army Business Opportunity", selecting "AMC Acquisition Center" under "View by Contracting Activity" and then clicking "Go". Then you select "All Business Opportunities by Number" and click on the appropriate RFP number. Question/Comments/Suggestions my be submitted to the Contracting Officer by email.
