Description

Provide Maintenance and Repair Services of Kitchen Equipment at Fort Bragg, Simmons Army Airfield and Camp MacKall, North Carolina for the period 01 April through 30 September 2001 (plus 4 one-year option periods). Contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, tools, supervision, materials, repair parts, supplies, equipment and transportation and any other items necessary to perform service. Services to be performed are preventive maintenance, major repairs or replacements, emergency services, removal and installation of kitchen equipment. Due to automation of the Bidder's Mailing List, certain pertinent information is required before vendors can be added to the list. It is therefore required that all responses include the vendor's business size, phone and facsimile numbers, street and email addresses, and DUNS and CAGE Numbers and indicate if they are actively registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811310, threshold of $5.0 million. No telephone requests will be honored, all requests for solicitation must be in writing. It is now a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered with CCR (the website may be accessed on the internet at: www.ccr2000.com to register). Upon release to the public, the solicitation will be available via the internet at website: www.bragg.army.mil/www-fdoc/solicit.htm. Maps for the Maintenance of Kitchen Equipment will be available in hard copy and will have to be requested separately. Facsimile transmissions will also be accepted directly from the requestor.
