Description

This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFQ-00-0013 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This request for quotation and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-19. This is a requirement for on-site maintenance seven (7) days a week, twenty-four hours (24), on call, except Federal holidays for the below listed government owned equipment including parts, labor, travel, transportation and unlimited corrective maintenance calls is required,Item 1: Docutech 135 S/N W11-031704; Item 2: Meter charge per page for the Docutech 135 S/N W11-031704; Item 3: Xerox 5090 S/N W81-077779; Item 4: Meter A and Meter B charge per page for the Xerox 5090 S/N W81-077779; Item 5: Xerox 4135 #6D5-004968 to include service of on line 34 controller, Drive, offline, tape controller, graphic controller 32MB memory media conversion kit; Item 6: Meter charge per page for the Xerox 4135. A two hour telephone response is required. The Xerox 4135 is located at U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, Kansas City Administrative Office, Information Management & Processing Division, Room, G76A, 6501 Beacon Drive, Kansas City, Missouri 64133-4676. The Xerox 5090 and Docutech 135 are located at U. S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, Kansas City Administrative Office, Administrative Services Division Printshop located at 9240 Troost Ave., Kansas City, MO 64131. FOB Destination in accordance with FAR 52-247-34.
