Description

Provide maintenance contract for Advantix R/F with DRS package, X-Ray system and two (2) DRM Mammography X-Ray units manufactured by General Electric Corporation. This also included unlimited telephonic assistance and unlimited maintenance repair. The equipment is located in the Radiology Department, General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital, Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65473 For Base Year of 1 Oct 2000 thru 30 Sep 2001 and four (4) 1 year option periods.
