Description

Services -- Contractor to provide all parts, labor, materials, and supervision necessary to maintain and operate the Pentagon Heating and Refrigeration Plant, located in Old Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA. This is the SECOND NOTICE of the contract action for the purpose of issuing a full and open competitive solicitation. This acquisition will be an A-76 Cost Comparison Study. The Pentagon Heating and Refrigeration Plant is a state of the art computer controlled heating and cooling plant. Supplying uninterruptible steam and chilled water to the eight million plus square foot Pentagon Reservation. This acquisition will be conducted using Source Selection Procedures.
