Description

The Federal Correctional Institute Fairton, located in Fairton, New Jersey , has a requirement for contract Dental Hygienist Services at the institution. Services will include but not be limited to dental prophylaxis, oral hygiene instructions, root planning & curettage, radiographs and other related tasks. A New Jersey State license in Dental Hygienist Services is required. Services will be required for a one-year base period, with four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. The Government intends to make a single award for this requirement. The estimated quantity for each twelve (12) month period of the contract is approximately two (2) 7.5-hour sessions per week. A security investigation/clearance is required. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a quote that will be considered for award.
