Solicitation No. RFP-TOTC00017 is hereby amended to provide to potential offerors, those questions presented in regards to the solicitation and OTS's response. 1. Does the 1260 refer to the estimated number of employees actually participating in the flexible spending account benefit or the number of employees that would be eligible to participate in the benefit? RESPONSE: The 1260 number is the approximate number of employees who will be enrolled in the FSA program. 2. Besides a response containing a price proposal, the response to be contained in a technical proposal, and the information indicated in Section L.2 subsection C of the solicitation, what elses is required in our response to comply with the requirements for proper consideration of our proposal? RESPONSE: Along with your technical and pricing proposals you should submit a) fixed rates in the format sought under Section B; b) a duly signed SF-33 (cover page)by an authorized company official; c) information on you "key" personnnel; the information sought at Clause I.5 (if applicable); and d) an executed and signed copy of Section K. 3. What are the fees currently being charged for this service? RESPONSE: The contract's fees are: $4.50 -- dependent/health care reimbursement account and $7.00 -- combined dependent and health care reimburesment. 4. Whould it be satisfactory to indicate that any change in pricing for additional years is guaranteed not to exceed the change in the cost of living allowance as reported by the Department of Labor, or are exact prices required to be specified for each of the additional Optional Years indicated on the Price Schedule? RESPONSE: All rates are to be fixed in each year of the contract and fixed rates MUST be specified in the proposal for these years. 5. How are potential respondents notified of any amendments? RESPONSE: As the synopsis notice indicated, all amendments will be posted electronically at www.eps.gov. 6. Provide census information. RESPONSE: Due to the size of the census data, OTS cannot provide this information electronically. Anyone wishing to receive this information must provide a fax number and contact. 7. Provide a listing of the different locations and number of employees per location. RESPONSE: OTS's employees are located in these areas: Northeast Region (Jersey City, NJ) -- 183; Southeast Region (Atlanta, GA) -- 151; Central Region (Chicago, IL) -- 197; Midwest Region (Irving, TX) -- 170; West Region (San Francisco) -- 173; and Wash., DC -- 370. NOTE: The RFP's closing date is not extended.
