Description

Snow Removal Services, Patrick V. McNamara Federal Building, 477 Michigan Avenue, Detroit, Michigan. The contractor shall provide the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to provide plowing and removal of snow and ice from entrance and exit ramps, 4th and 5th levels including parking decks of the Federal Parking Structure, entrance ramp to loading dock, handicap ramps and the Howard Street Parking Facility. Contract period October 1, 2000 through April 30, 2001, with 4-one year option periods. This procurement is set-aside for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC)is 7349 with a size standard of $12 million. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically only. Interested parties may access the solicitation via the Electronic Posting System, http://www.eps.gov, on or about October 6, 2000. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation. It is also the offeror's responsibility to monitor the site for possible amendments and/or additional information.
