Description

This is a combined so synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with addtional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only RFQ solicitation; quotations are being requested on a sole source basis and a written solicitation will not be issued. Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Regional Contracts Department intends to order on a sole source basis the following student guides which are required during a course of instruction conducted by contractor-certified government intstructors. The number of student guides and the identification of the courses are as follows: 200 Student Guides for CQD Basic 1st Phase Training, 175 Student Guides for CQD Basic 2nd Phase Training, 150 Student Guides for CQD Basic 3rd Phase Training, 180 Student Guides for CQD STT Training, 225 Student Guides for CQD Level 1 Training. FAR Clause 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19 shall be incorporated by reference in the resulting purchase order.
