Description

The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Region 2, seeks bids for the construction of an office annex adjacent to the existing office at Salt Plains National Wildlife Refuge, Jet, Alfalfa County, Oklahoma. The project consists of contructing a 1,680 square foot masonry and structural steel building which encompasses office space and public restrooms that are ADA accessible. The price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Bid, payment, and performance bonds will be required. This project is open to full and open competition. It is planned to issue the invitation for bids on or after October 19, 2000, with an anticipated bid opening date on or after November 21, 2000. If these dates are not not met, the bid opening date will be adjusted to allow 30 days from issuance.
