Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the government. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin for first shipment only, destination for subsequent shipments, in accordance with QAP 001. Delivery 60 DARO for stock, 30 DARO for DVD. This is for 100% small business set-aside (Note 1). This is for a long-term type contract, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with four option years. Estimated annual demand quantity 869 each, guaranteed minimum contract quantity 349 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
